Cyril Brignone, CEO of Arrayent, Inc., developer of the Internet of Things (IoT) platform chosen by the world’s most trusted consumer product brands, will speak on smart home appliance developments at the upcoming IFA+ Summit. The IFA+ Summit will take place Sept. 5-6 at CityCube, Messe Berlin Fairgrounds in Berlin, Germany.
IFA+ Summit is held in conjunction with IFA Berlin, the world’s leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances. IFA will take place September 2-7, 2016 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds (ExpoCenter City). Undetr the banner of “Exploring the Digital Society,” the third IFA+ Summit brings together thought leaders and industry pioneers to discuss issues and developments that are currently driving the process of digital transformation.
Arrayent CEO Brignone will take part in the IHS Technology Panel “Smart World: Home Appliances” to be held Mon., Sept. 5 from 3:20-4:20 p.m. The focus of the discussion will be on how the world of IoT is impacting the smart home appliance market (white goods, major and small appliances).
“Launching good connected products today is no longer only about enabling control or monitoring,” said Brignone. “It is about enabling brands to create a richer user experience with a long-term commitment to the consumer to better serve them. The IHS panel, chaired by Dinesh Kithany, Principal Analyst for Home Appliances at IHS, includes experts representing device and electronic component manufacturers, service providers, industry association/trade bodies and others working closely within the IoT space.
