Borqs International Holding Corp., a global leader in software and products for IoT with smart connected devices and cloud service solutions, announced their active participation in the “Make in India” initiative with locally developed IoT smart devices & cloud Solutions.

As part of this Indian government initiative, the “Make in India Week” Exposition took place in Mumbai, India, between 13 – 18 February. The “Make in India Week” showcased the most innovative products and production technology from various industries, including aerospace, automotive, architecture, IT and consumer electronics. Among them, smart connected devices and wearables became the highlight of the exposition.

Borqs participated under the “Design in India.” Its design centre in Bengaluru, India delivers innovative and customized smart devices like smartphones, tablets and wearables paired with cloud solutions through complete HW and SW development performed at this site. The partnership with leading SoC partners like Qualcomm accelerates local development for TTM, enables customized and optimized solutions for market segments like ruggedized, enterprise ready, operator branded, restaurants, automotive and mPOS which require leading edge innovation in both HW and SW.
