On February 24, 2016, Frost & Sullivan’s Manufacturing Leadership (ML) Council recognized Senet, Inc. as one of the world-class manufacturing companies and individual leaders to win the 2016 Manufacturing Leadership Award.

Manufacturing Leadership Awards honor manufacturing companies and individual manufacturing leaders that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Winning projects and individual manufacturing leaders with demonstrated achievement in one of a wide range of categories are chosen by a panel of expert judges for results that enabled the manufacturers to set themselves apart from their competitors, and have delivered clear and compelling value, return on investment, and other tangible outcomes.

Senet was selected as a winner in the Internet of Things in Manufacturing Leadership category as a company that has improved production and supply chain processes leveraging insights gained by adding sensors and connectivity to plant equipment to optimize maintenance, operations, and quality.

“Winners of the 2016 ML Awards have proven that they are at the forefront of a global, technology-driven transformation that we call Manufacturing 4.0,” said Global Vice President and Editorial Director of the Manufacturing Leadership Council David R. Brousell. “By relentlessly improving and digitizing every corner of their operations, these outstanding leaders are not only delivering greater value to customers, they are redefining excellence in the manufacturing industry. We congratulate them.”

ML Award winners and their technology partners will be honored on June 8, 2016, at the twelfth annual Manufacturing Leadership Summit in Carlsbad, CA.

George Dannecker, Senet Inc. CEO said, “We are very proud to be recognized as an Internet of Things industry leader by the Manufacturing Leadership Council.  In addition to our proven IoT solution, EnerTrac Fuel Delivery Automation, Senet leads the way for IoT solution providers with a reliable long range network and support services to allow them to quickly and affordably deliver their IoT solutions.”

Senet provides the first public Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) for the rapidly growing Internet of Things (IoT) market in North America. Its LPWANs enable value driven solutions which can unlock immediate ROI by enabling devices to connect over very long ranges while delivering very long battery life with an extremely low power-device cost. Low cost, low-power and secure, the Senet Network has distinct advantages over cellular, WiFi, and other emerging connectivity technologies for the IoT market.
