SolidRun CuBox-i 4x4

SolidRun Ltd. announces CuBox-i 4X4™ based on Freescale’s i.MX6 System-on-Chip. CuBox-i 4X4 joins SolidRun’s innovative offering of small, high performance and low power solutions.

CuBox-i 4X4™ has a small 2″ x 2″ x 2″ footprint and delivers a desktop-grade Linux and Android OS experience with rich multimedia capabilities. Specifications include: i.MX6 Quad core SoC, 4GB DDR3 RAM, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, RTC with backup battery and a variety of connectivity options such as HDMI output, Gigabit Ethernet, two USB-2.0 ports, MicroUSB port for system console, eSATA, optical audio out along with an InfraRed receiver and transmitter. The minicomputer supports full HD multi format video decoding at over 100 Mbps bit rate, as well as encoding of Full-HD video streams.
