Zinnov recently hosted the Germany Chapter of its Annual Conference titled, ‘Confluence 2015’. With over 60 participating global companies and approximately 100 attendees, ‘Confluence 2015 – Germany Chapter’ brought together the entire ecosystem in order to assess the commercial opportunities, discuss the key challenges hindering IoT and to assess the range of solutions available to create a sustainable future for IoT.

The event was hosted in partnership with Wipro Ltd., a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company, at Novotel München City, München with the theme of “Driving IoT Innovations – Delivering the connected experience”. Confluence 2015 was one-of-its-kind event for the technology community, bringing together senior decision makers from across the industry.

The event was declared open with two key notes, one delivered by Mr. Gerd Hoefner, ‎MD and CEO, Siemens Technology India and the other by Ms.Anita Ganti, Sr. Vice President & Global Head, Product Engineering Services, Wipro Ltd. The other eminent speakers included Dr. David Soldani, VP Huawei European Research Centre and Mr. Peter Balchin, CEO, ADB Global.

The conference discussed the role of buyers of products and services as co-creators of these products and services. The conference also addressed the key opportunity themes for IoT and the role of partnerships in addressing the same.
